The Founders

The Lebumfacil-Santa Ana Medical Foundation, Inc.
is the gift that Lilian Yared Overs
and her nephew, James Yared Gaite, M.D. lovingly offers their hometown, Toledo City in gratitude to the numerous wonderful childhood years that they spent in this quiet town.

Lilian Yared Overs currently resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and together with her generous husband, Michael Overs, and through their Tesari Charitable Foundation, Inc. funds our numerous projects.

Dr. James Yared Gaite, M.D. is the founding  director of the Foundation. He graduated from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and took his medical course in the Cebu Institute of Medicine. Dr. Gaite is forever grateful for the rigid and exhaustive training that CIM offered him and is thankful to his former Dean, Dr. Josefina Poblete, M.D. as well as his other teachers for inprinting on him the ideals of a physician.



Dr. James Y. Gaite currently lives in the                               Chairman:
